Access to Suite Solutions Credit Reports end September 1, 2016

As part of an ongoing initiative to enhance the quality and data integration of credit reports and other data products and services, CINgroup is discontinuing the Suite Solutions Credit Report product effective September 1, 2016. 

As of this date, you will no longer be able to order new Suite Solutions Credit Reports or access reports through your bankruptcy software or online account.

As a Suite Solutions user, you can transition to ordering credit reports from CIN Legal Data Services with minimal interruption to your workflow. With CIN Legal, you will still receive a bankruptcy-specific credit report that includes information from all three national credit bureaus: Experian, Trans Union and Equifax in addition to detailed medical collection liabilities.

Why is this happening?

The CINgroup family, which includes Suite Solutions and CIN Legal Data Services, is focused on providing innovative software and due diligence products for bankruptcy attorneys. In an effort to provide all customers with improved software integration with credit reports and other data products and services, we have streamlined our offering to one due diligence provider.

What happens on September 1, 2016?

What if I did not receive a letter notifying me of the ending of Suite Solutions?

View the letter mailed to all firms on July 8, 2016.

How will I access my Suite Solutions reports that I have already purchased?

As of September 1, 2016, access to Suite Solutions user accounts will no longer be available. Certain bankruptcy software providers may continue to offer previously downloaded or saved reports used for filings. Check with your software provider for availability of those reports.

Who is CIN Legal Data Services?

CIN Legal Data Services, a part of the CINgroup family, provides access to bankruptcy data, including 3-bureau credit reports, tax transcripts, property appraisals, and EOUST-approved bankruptcy courses. Learn more at www.CINlegal.com

What will this new 3-bureau credit report be called?

The Premium Bankruptcy Credit Report, from CIN Legal Data Services, provides the same 3-bureau data as a Suite Solutions report plus more in an improved layout. Learn more about your credit report options.

Can I directly import CIN Legal credit reports into my bankruptcy filing software?

CIN Legal Data Services, provides credit reports that can be directly imported into the following major bankruptcy software platforms: Best Case® Bankruptcy, CINcompass®, BankruptcyPRO® and Jubliee by LegalPRO, and TopForm™ by Fastcase.

Will I need a new on-site inspection for a CIN Legal Data Services account?

A bureau-mandated site visit is required before gaining access to credit reports. For existing Suite Solutions users, we will honor the existing site inspection on file. If you have moved, we do require a new site inspection, but will waive the $100 on-site inspection fee through September 1, 2016.
